Gallagher Centre
For his contribution to assisting men in the Criminal Justice System, St. Leonard's dedicated the Gallagher Centre to Raymond Edward Gallagher.
The Agency is working toward the goal of Gallagher Centre operating as a facility dedicated to the support, supervision and integration of special needs offenders.
Developed in 1999 to provide a service for offenders with “special needs”, Gallagher has proved to be an extremely diverse facility. Federal and provincial offenders, persons with mental health issues and developmental disabilities are supported through Gallagher's rehabilitative and residential services.
