Get a Grip
Get a Grip was developed by Agency Staff in response to the limited program options offered to youth 15-19.
Participants are encouraged to be active in changing attitudes and behaviours surrounding their issues of anger management.
A closed group format of 10 sessions, including lectures, group discussions and structured exercises, offers participants a chance to explore and work on problems related to anger, aggression and violence.
Referrals are accepted from local community organizations and individuals. Self-referrals are encouraged. (Contact (519) 850-3777 for referral information)
The fee for participation is $80 for the complete program. All prospective participants will be interviewed for suitability prior to program acceptance.
