C.K. Clarke Centre Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program

C.K. Clarke Centre is a six-bed residence providing support to adults who are involved with the forensic mental health care system.

C.K. Clarke Centre provides 24-hour support with a focus on psychosocial rehabilitation to enable residents to successfully transition out of the forensic mental health care system and into the community. A person-centred approach supports residents in advancing life skills, addressing challenges with addiction, and connect to and with the community and resources.

Referrals are made through the Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care.
